The roots of El Fady return to 1950 when Mr. Georges Haddad first established his company in Eshak El Nadim Street, Alexandira which was called Georges Haddad for wood trading.

After his death his two suns took over the business and continued his success in the same business field. Right after the death of Mr. Georges Haddad they changed the name of the company to Taufik Haddad and Co. after the elder brother Mr. Taufik Georges Haddad who joined the business since high school and graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture Engineering.

The Second sun Mr. Samy Georges Haddad who is the owner of our company “El Fady” joined the business since he was 15 years old and graduated from the Faculty of Commerce.

He then established El Fady in 1992 when he decided to change the company’s vision and to expand. The company has since been called “EL FADY FOR TIMBER IMPORTING AND TRADING”.
Nevertheless Taufik Haddad and Co. still exists, is very successful in the market and Mr. Samy Georges Haddad is still a partner in it.
